Emori was trained at the Pâtisserie Fresson by Franck Fresson. Fresson was awarded the prestigious MOF for supreme craftsmanship. After completing his training, Emori returned to Japan and worked at the Avril de Bergue for five years. He is currently working as a pastry demonstrator for Carpigiani Japan, the leading maker of ice cream machines in the world. Emori has received many awards for his dedication to his work.
